PRS Plate Recognition
PRS is modern and wide - range system for identification and reading of vehicles registration plates. Thanks to use of advanced video identify techniques, PRS system is resistant to weather conditions and registration plate condition for example dirt, damage. Fast processing time grants reading up to 25 plates per second, which allows identification of the vehicles in motion. Precision of identification was confirmed experimentally, practically and is up to 99,95%. Identification precision percent is available for every sign on the plate individually.
When PRS is integrated with VDRS, the system creates the database with recognized plates and puts a bookmark with a plate in the video archives. Such solution allows quick search for beginning of particular video sequence with specific vehicle. PRS generates data which contain recognized plate number, time and date of detection, optional plate photo and few photos of a vehicle, for example driver photo or side of a car photo. The system by default is equipped with three output switches, which can be used for auto gate opening or enabling the alarm.
Internal database allows to save vehicle parameters such as: plate number, vehicle manufacturer, owner data, time range of access. This data can help in quick control of access of the vehicles on a car park and tracking the time and date of entering and leaving.PRS system can communicate with other data bases in order to search information about recognized vehicles. Completely opened architecture of the software allows full cooperation with other systems
